I called to schedule an oil change and a transmission fluid change on my Silverado. Everyone was friendly enough, but I was told that I would need to drop the truck off for the full day, which seemed like a long time for a fluid change. Also, when I asked what the cost would be, the rep could only tell me that the oil change would be $129. She transferred me to a service advisor to get the cost on the transmission service. Greg Norris in service was a great help to me with my 2018 Silverado. He was honest about the repairs that were completed and had my truck back to me within a day. I will definitely be coming back for any services needed from now on.

Fraud in service depth. They sent a quote to my 17-year-old daughter for a $2,000 to her breaks until I called as her dad and acquired on it and then they changed it and also lied about the hourly rate I have snapshots of the quote and a recorded voicemail of her lying about the hourly rate and we will be posting this online

It took awhile, but I finally got the deal I wanted. Instead of trips back and forth to the manager, why not just give a bottom line price and then I could decide if I wanted to pay the price or not. That is what I ask for at the beginning. Other than that, the salesman was very professional.

My family and I had the unfortunate displeasure of our transmission failing 40 miles out from our vacation rental the first day of our Spring Break trip. We were able to limp into town and came across Sandy Sansing Chevrolet. The staff was very gracious, kind, and very accommodating. They officially diagnosed the problem, replaced my transmission, gave me a tune up and returned my vehicle in 4 days. John was absolutely amazing! He helped my son buy his first new car about 8 months ago and he helped me yesterday buy my new car. I definitely give him 5 stars!!!! My only complaint is their car detail team did a horrible job. You would think after spending $17,000 on a car that it would be spotless inside and out, it definitely wasn’t.

Don't believe the adds on the internet about 59 dollar oil changes. Also, don't use the online services to schedule appointments. Call and talk to them in person. Now I have to reschedule a month out to go back their just to fix recalls. That's is I go back to a Sandy Sansing again.

Towed my car in on Monday afternoon and car was fixed Wednesday afternoon. Greg in service was professional and pleasant and Shawana in the service office was a joy!

Great customer service and support. I had a nail in one of my tires. They found the problem, fixed tire from the inside, and had me back on the road quickly. I had purchased a warranty specifically for the ties/wheels for my Camaro, but it was through the dealership in Colorado where I purchased the car. The "paperwork" was on a flashdrive, but they honored the warranty and didn't charge me a penny! I will definitely be getting all my service/maintenance done at this dealership.



Sonya is extremely helpful & very knowledgeable about the features and options on my new 2025 Rogue.

Had a recall on a truck done recently. Everything went smoothly. Parts ordered in advance. Notified when parts were in. Scheduled. Repair done quickly with no issues. Overall was a great experience.
