Service department had warned me saying it may take awhile before my truck would be fixed. Which I understand but with in three working days they had it done. They got it fixed a lot earlier got my truck back and everything is great. Great team they have there and I’ll continue to bring them business.
Ryan, the service manager, and Greg, the service writer were excellent. I was on a work trip and they were able to diagnose, order parts, and fix the issue quickly and efficiently. The best part? I don’t have a Chevy, I have a Cadillac, and they were still able to get it fixed and get me on the way all under warranty. If you live near this gem of a dealership, you’re very lucky

Very courteous staff. My wife and I are down here from Ohio on vacation, we experienced some trouble with our truck. Gregory Norris was our service advisor, he was up front and stated they were very busy and wasn’t sure he could get to the truck by the time our stay was over but he said “well give it our best shot”. To my surprise the next day I received a call from Gregory, he said your truck is done, he went over what was wrong, fixed the problem. Well done Sandy Sansing Chevrolet.

I dropped my truck off the Tuesday after Memorial Day. My estimated showed to be delivered by 5 PM that Friday so I did a 4 day rental from Hertz….16 days later my truck was finally ready. That cost me 12 days of extra car rental at $40 per day.
The repairs were fine, Greg the service guy was good and returned all my calls. However, the service dept failed in timeliness. I see all of your tv ads and yet once you have a customer “in the house” you completely drop the ball and cost me $500 more in auto rental.

My experience with your dealership was very positive with a bad situation for me. I was staying at orange beach when my check engine light came on in mid April. A mechanic checked the light and it showed a faulty fuel injector as well as a couple of sensor’s. By the end of the week I had towed my truck to your dealership because the engine light was now blinking and the truck was running horribly.

Professional service staff. Friendly and honest. Greg Norris is especially top notch. He always takes good care of me and I'm extremely grateful.
I was given a quote of 49.95 & my bill ended up being $148 with no extra work being done. Sandy Sansing company is too big. When I looked them up for a 6,000 mile maintenance, there were too many choices to pick from on Google Maps. When I chose one, it really was the wrong one but no one said anything. When my service ended, they said they couldn’t complete the job & I needed to go somewhere else for that. I almost left in tears.
Sandy Sansing's service department has always done a great job taking care of my GM vehicles.
Quoted me 1200 for a 90 dollar fix after my 2500 dollar warranty didn’t cover it. I declined the service and was only charged $250 for them to plug their little computer stick in and tell me the problem. I thought something much worse was wrong and wanted to take it to them immediately hoping the warranty would cover inspection and the work but will never be back.
The service writer Mark did a great job of keeping me informed of what was being done. Got my truck back sooner than expected. Very happy with Sandy Sansing and will continue to do business with them.
They treat you like a nobody! I brought a black widow top of the like truck and they didn’t honor my purchase agreement when it was time for my truck to get worked on

Very curteous staff from the making of the appointment on the phone all the way up to the staff in the service department. Appointment was started on time and service was completed in about an hour. Great job. I would highly recommend this dealership.
I left my vehicle to be looked at for an intermittent a/c issue. No communication as to what all was actually checked other than my freon was low. Now my a/c doesn’t work at all, i guess they evacuated the system to weight it & never put it back in after i refused to have it charged per there recommendation.
Connie and the service advisor worked very hard to help me get my blazer fixed and returned home.
Out of town or in had a check engine light throw on a 2500 diesel my service advisor was Gregory Norris who was able to get me in and out the very next day. Greg is super professional easy to talk to and communicated very well couldn't of expected the above and beyond service I was shown.
I recently had a great experience with your service department. Had to have my truck towed in, and I was really worried about cost of repairs and time without my vehicle. My Service Advisor Greg took great care of me and kept me informed every step of the way. I believe he helped keep the cost as low as possible; he and the technicians also got to work quickly and got me my truck back within a couple days. Overall it was a five star experience. Thank you!

Typically I dread my oil changes because it takes way too long at other dealerships I’ve been to.. I was in and out of here in 45 minutes.
Had a 8am appointment for service and transmission flush. Called in at 3pm and they were just starting. Charged me 3% for using my credit card.

Had my regular maintenance done including tire rotation, the next day a tire sensor went out. A few days later another went out. Called the dealership, said they’d take a look. Claimed it was nothing they did. When I turned my car on to drive away, all 4 sensors were out. This is not a coincidence. They were more than likely damaged. They did not offer to correct the issue! Once this car maintenance plan is over, I will not return.

Even with a service appointment, it took 3 days for diagnosis. Then another 5 days to replace a thermostat and purge solenoid valve that were charged as a 3-hour job. If repair only takes 3 hours, why do you need to keep car for 8 days (10 including weekend)?
Note too that thermostat part was sent to Foley from Pensacola location. I spoke to parts manager at Pensacola location who said part could be sent to Foley in one day.
Foley service technician Greg was not proactive in communicating.

I felt that 300 dollars for a fuel filter change was excessive. I have had this service done at a ford dealer for far less. I will not return again.
They got us in right away while we were on vacation and replaced 2 batteries in our truck under warranty. Saved our vacation
I have to give credit where it’s due: Greg Norris, our service manager, was responsive and helpful getting our out-of-town repair scheduled on short notice. That part was handled very well while we were in town.
However, the repair itself was not. Sandy Sansing Chevrolet diagnosed our 2017 GMC Yukon Denali’s power steering problem as needing a new wiring harness. After a $200 diagnosis fee and over $800 in parts and labor, we were told it was fixed. It immediately failed again within an hour.

Overall, four stars. Service is excellent once the vehicle is in the door. Getting the vehicle in the door can be challenging, which is why I take care of generic service like oil changes elsewhere.
To set up this particular appointment, service had me first call parts for some items while service called for others, had to wait for service (who was waiting for parts) to call me to set a date, etc. It is was disjointed and I had no idea when I would be able to get my service.

Took our vehicle in for a 15,000 mile oil change and tire rotation.. They did the work requested. The dealership provided Uber, transportation home and back to pick up the car. That was appreciated.
This is now the fourth time I’ve brought my vehicle in for service, and once again, my tires were not rotated. This time, I was told it’s because the tires are “outdated.” That makes absolutely no sense to me—if the tires were already considered outdated, then why was I sold the car this way and a maintenance plan that’s supposed to cover services like tire rotation?
On top of that, there were multiple times I couldn’t even schedule maintenance because they were fully booked, which forced me to pay out of pocket for oil changes. ... Read More

Upon arrival for my service appointment, I had a few questions and all were answered to my satisfaction.
Service Department issues with communication on a service charge for a transmission problem that is under warranty. Had to go to another Dealership to get it fixed under warranty. Still no response from the service department for a refund for the diagnostic fee.
I needed an oil change before heading home to Iowa. Scheduling was easy, they did quality work, have a comfortable waiting area, and friendly staff. The appointment took a little longer than expected but they treated me right for the inconvenience. Ill have no problem going back to them next year.

The greeter was not very friendly or welcoming, The service writer was not very personable. The ladies in the payment area were very friendly and polite consistently asking everyone in the waiting area if we needed anything. Used to be you get your car returned at least vacuumed and protective material was on driver seat and floor board. After leaving and reflecting on my experience to complete this survey, I felt like I was getting an oil change at Walmart and paying twice the price.

Alan the salesman is great. Came away with a new friend. Service department is also great. When I had no way home after a drop off they furnished an Uber to take me home and return me when the service was complete the next day.
The communication and service was top level! Mark Bensinger was my service advisor and he is my HERO! Absolutely the best!
My wife’s car had an issue late in the evening. We had it towed to Sandy Samsibg Chevrolet in Foley. Al.. The service manager called me the next morning, gave me their diagnosis, and when I agreed, they ordered the parts and fixed her car. The repair was made, the car was clean, and we were delighted.
Very pleased with how the staff helped to resolve an issue with replacing lug nuts.
The dealership was very efficient and solved my car problem with my car being repaired in a timely fashion

Over an hour and a half wait for an oil change, with an appointment. Price almost double what is charged for same service at Chevrolet dealerships in Arizona and Michigan
I got hit with hit with a $199 diagnostic fee that I didn’t know about. Apparently everyone is charged this if you bring your vehicle there unless something is covered by warranty. A transmission flush cost me over $700 ($498 flush + $199 fee).
Excellent service from Greg Norris. He took care of my wife and daughter while we were out of town; went above and beyond. Very grateful.
I bought a new vehicle here within a month of moving to Foley. And have had all my oil changes done here and everything that needed maintenance on and they are the best. Friendly and Professional. Highly recommend.

I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who explained what he was going to do and what I needed to do. Snacks and coffee were available to me in the lobby. He also came back an explained what they had done. The gal at the checkout was also very cheerful. It was a good experience. My seat was cover in plastic and a paper mat was on the floor. Because the car had a nice smell I assume they cleaned the steering wheel.
John Hopkins was extraordinary in being helpful and providing his “very busy” time in assisting me with my Corvette battery issues.
The service representative was very thorough and kept me well informed. My vehicles issue seemed to be properly and quickly repaired.
